Leadership Training Conference 2023
The experience of a lifetime is waiting for you.
Leadership Training Conference (LTC) is a one-of-a-kind experience for DeMolays to build leadership skills, enhance your DeMolay experience and create memories that will last a lifetime. Spend a week with us on the shore of Lake Merrymeeting in New Hampshire!
Chapter Registration ends June 30, 2023.
Select one of the following four tracks:
The DeMolay Leadership Program
Designed for newer members to learn how to:
-
participate in a meeting to help plan activities
-
create and deliver a speech to a group
-
apply the lessons of DeMolay to your daily life
-
work as a member of a team
Participants must be an Active DeMolay who has seen both the Initiatory and DeMolay Degrees. You do not have to be an officer in your Chapter to attend.
The Chapter Leadership Program
Designed to teach members the skills they need to become a successful Master Councilor. When you leave LTC, you’ll know how to:
-
Run a meeting
-
Plan a successful event
-
Plan an outstanding term for your chapter
-
Work with your whole chapter as a team for success
Participants must be an Active DeMolay who has seen both the Initiatory and DeMolay Degrees.
The Jurisdictional Leadership Program
This program is designed for older members who have achieved success as a Master Councilor and is considering working as a DeMolay on the jurisdictional scale.
Learn how to:
-
Develop programs for multiple Chapters
-
Assist Chapter in advancing their own programs
-
Leverage the skills you learned as a Master Councilor to
-
Advance DeMolay
-
Work with the Executive Officer and Jurisdictional Staff to help your Jurisdiction succeed
To participate in this program, you must meet the minimum eligibility requirements for a Jurisdictional Officer in your home Jurisdiction.
Recommended for Admission: Past Master Councilor or finishing your term as Master Councilor who has attended this or another DeMolay Leadership Training Conference in the Chapter Leadership Skills or equivalent program.
The Personal Growth and Leadership Program
This program allows you to explore opportunities for personal growth and achievement. Professional staff will show you ways to apply skills learned in DeMolay to the challenges of your everyday life.
Learn:

The difference between leadership, management, and mentorship
-
How to lead through mentorship
-
How to clearly and effectively communicate with others
-
The ins and outs of living independently
-
The first step to starting a career beyond DeMolay
-
Applying for jobs, college, or scholarships
Participants must be an active DeMolay in good standing who has completed the 10th grade.
Registration
This week-long program (7 days & nights), including lodging, meals and program materials is $425 per person. Space is limited. Registration closes on Friday, June 30, 2023.
Scholarships
Many DeMolay Jurisdictions offer scholarships. check with your executive team.
Annual Reports Now Available
Annual Reports Available Now
Chairman please make note of the February 15, 2023 deadline...
Annual reports are available for you to sign in to and complete. The process is still the same as the last couple of years, and now, is available to save and come back to for ongoing use. The deadline for getting your 2022 report completed and submitted is February 15, 2023.
Just login and fill out everything and if you need to stop to get details for any reason then you can save and complete after doing so. As we move into the next year you should also follow this process so that at the end of the year you will have much less to recap when completing the report for next year.
